Terms of Service
1. Service Provision and Payment
Invalley will provide link building and/or content services as described on our website. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any campaign.
2. Scope of SEO Services
Invalley’s SEO services include, but are not limited to:
- Obtaining “backlinks” from other websites, blogs, and directories to generate link popularity.
- Creating content and visual documents.
- Generating placement and submission reports.
3. Client Acknowledgements
The Client acknowledges the following regarding SEO services:
- Non-Refundable Fees: All fees are non-refundable. However, credits to your Invalley client account may be provided under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund and Credit Policy.
- Confidentiality: All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports provided by Invalley are confidential.
- Search Engine Policies: Invalley has no control over the policies of search engines or directories regarding the type of sites and/or content they accept, both currently and in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
- Third-Party Content Control: Invalley has no control over third-party website or blog owners who may remove links and content, or alter their websites. Such placements will not be refunded or replaced.
- Liability: Under no circumstances shall Invalley be liable to the Client for any damages, including but not limited to direct, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits. The Client assumes all risks and potential damages associated with using Invalley’s services.
- Order Adjustments: Invalley reserves the right to modify anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements.
- SEO Guarantees: As an outsourced provider of specific SEO services, Invalley does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term, nor do we guarantee traffic increases.
- "Bad Neighborhoods": Linking to or obtaining links from “bad neighborhoods” or “link farms” can severely damage SEO efforts. Invalley does not assume liability for the Client’s decisions to link to or obtain links from any particular website without prior consultation.
- Recurring Packages: Clients are asked to cancel or pause recurring packages at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Domain Selection: Invalley uses a fixed selection of websites for link-building services and does not pre-scan your domain to filter out duplicate domains. If only new domains are desired, please request this before ordering.
- Website Changes: Invalley is not responsible for changes made to the Client’s website by other parties that adversely affect search engine rankings.
4. Non-Disclosure
Invalley guarantees not to disclose any confidential information to any third party, except to our employees and professional advisers who need to know such information for the purpose of providing our services.
5. No Warranties
This website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Invalley makes no representations or warranties concerning this website or the information and materials provided on this website. Specifically:
- Invalley does not warrant that this website will be constantly available or available at all.
- Invalley does not warrant that the information on this website is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.
Nothing on this website constitutes, or is intended to constitute, advice of any kind. For advice regarding any legal or financial matters, consult an appropriate professional.
6. Restrictions
Invalley reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for websites within illegal or offensive industries. This includes but is not limited to:
- Any illegal content, products, or services.
- Hateful, objectionable, or defamatory content aimed at any people group, race, gender, sexual orientation, or otherwise; attacks on any person, business, organization, product, or service; and cruelty towards animals.
Orders related to prescription drugs, gambling or casinos, and adult content may be possible but will be treated separately. Such orders will be canceled and refunded if placed through our standard online order forms.
Refund and Credit Policy
1. General Refund Policy
All services provided by Invalley are subject to the following refund policy:
- Service Completion: If the services are not successfully completed within 90 days from the order confirmation date, a full credit will be issued to your Invalley client account, which can be used for future orders. No monetary refunds will be issued.
- Article Removal: If an article placed on a third-party site is removed, the following conditions apply:
- Within 30 Days: If the article is removed within 30 days of order confirmation, a full credit will be issued to your Invalley client account.
- Between 30-60 Days: If the article is removed between 30-60 days of order confirmation, no credit will be issued, but the article will be migrated to a website of similar domain authority.
- Beyond 60 Days: If the article is removed beyond 60 days of order confirmation, no credit or replacement is required. However, we will likely offer an in-kind replacement to a website of similar domain authority to maintain good business relations.
2. Credits
- Issuance: Credits issued under this refund policy will be added to your Invalley client account and can be used towards all services offered by Invalley.
- Expiration: Credits are valid for 24 months from the date they are issued. Any unused credits will expire and be forfeited after this period.
- Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account to which they were issued.
3. No Refunds for Indexed/De-Indexed Articles
If articles are not indexed or are de-indexed by Google, this will not be considered a valid reason for withdrawal from this Contract or for requesting a refund.
4. Approval of Articles
- Approval Period: You have 4 days to approve your article once it is submitted for review. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, the article will be automatically submitted for publishing.
- Premium Links Content Creation: If we do not hear back from you within 4 days regarding the approval, we will proceed with creating the content for your Premium Links. Once the content is ready, we will send it to you for review, and upon your approval, it will be submitted for publication.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, Invalley reserves the right to offer refunds or alternative resolutions at our discretion to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good business relationships.
